About
Nexus Engineering is a digital archive built on systems thinking, spatial logic, and transparent documentation.
I entered this industry six months ago. Operating in BIM / MEP coordination, my focus is on mastering complex workflows and breaking them down. Because I am new to this environment, I am not yet numb to its dysfunctions. I document the technical constraints, the architectural decisions, and the underlying systems required to resolve massive physical clashes before they happen.
This site is an observational archive built on the concept of Shoshin (Beginner's Mind). It is a living portfolio of case studies, field notes, and architectural thinking from the perspective of an outsider dissecting an old, complex machine.
If you’re here early: welcome. The point is not to pretend to have decades of experience, but to document the process of acquiring it. Learning in public.

nexus-engineering.org was previously home to Nexus Engineering Training Centre, a UK-based engineering education provider that operated from 2007 to 2020. I was unable to reach the previous owners before acquiring the domain, but I wanted to acknowledge the work that came before — this URL carried something before it carried this.
